What the contact form collects
The contact form is the only place on this site where we ask you for anything, and it is provided by monday.com, a third-party form platform — we use it because this site has no server of its own to run a form. When you submit it, monday.com receives what you enter and passes it to us. That typically includes:
- Your name.
- Your organization or agency.
- Your work or government email address.
- Why you're reaching out, in whatever the form's fields ask for.
We do not ask for a phone number or a mailing address, and we don't collect anything about your program beyond what the form itself asks and what you choose to write.
Why we collect it
We collect it for one reason: to respond to your request. Your name and organization tell us who we are talking to. Your email is how we reply. What you tell us in the form tells us what you need, so the right person answers instead of the first person who opens the inbox.
We do not use what you send to market to you. Submitting the form does not put you on a mailing list, because we do not run one. If you ask a question and we answer it, that is the end of it unless you write back.
Who sees it
Your submission is received by monday.com, the third-party platform that runs this form, and then reaches the ANDECO staff who handle incoming requests. Inside ANDECO, it is seen by the people working on your request and the people who route it to them.
This site itself never receives it — we host no server of our own, so there is nothing here to store it. Beyond monday.com and the ANDECO staff who work on your request, no one else receives it.
Requests for materials
Our capability statement and white papers are not posted for open download. If you request them, there is an extra step: we verify your government affiliation and your intended use before we send anything. In practice that can mean a short exchange of emails, or a check against the organization and address you gave us.
We keep a record of what was released, to whom, and on what basis. That record is the reason we hold materials requests longer than ordinary questions, and it is described in the retention section below.
What we do not do with it
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with commercial data providers, including the providers in our own ecosystem.
- We do not share it with advertisers, ad networks, or data brokers.
- We do not use it to build a profile of you or your organization.
We work with commercial data for a living, which is exactly why we are precise about this. The information you send us is not part of that work.
These commitments are ours. Monday.com, as the platform that runs the form, has its own privacy practices for the data that passes through it — that policy is theirs to state, not ours.
How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted
We keep your submission as long as we need it to handle your request and to hold an accurate record of the exchange. Records tied to a materials release are kept longer, because we have to be able to show what we released and to whom.
Monday.com also holds a copy of what you submitted, for as long as their own retention practices specify. That copy is theirs to manage, separate from what we keep on our side.
You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time. Email connect@andeco.org from the address you used, or tell us which address to look for. We will delete what we have and confirm it back to you.
There is one honest exception. If we released materials to you, we keep the record of that release. If that applies to your request, we will say so rather than quietly keeping it.
Cookies, analytics, and trackers
As of 3 September 2026, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, run by our own hosting provider. It measures things like page load speed and how many people visit each page. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile tied to you individually, and does not follow you to other sites. It is not the kind of analytics this section used to promise never to add — we said we would update this notice before that kind of change went live, and this is that update.
Beyond that, this site sets no cookies, runs no other analytics, and has no tag manager, advertising pixel, or session recorder, with one further exception: the Contact page's embedded monday.com form may set its own cookies under monday.com's own practices, which we do not control. That loads only on the Contact page, nowhere else on the site.
This site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Google's standard hosted-fonts service does not set cookies or require sign-in, and we have not added anything on top of it that would.
One thing we will not overstate: like any website, requests to this one may appear in the ordinary server logs our hosting provider keeps, separate from the Web Analytics numbers above. We do not use those logs for advertising or profiling.
The three third-party requests this site makes
Every image, script, and most stylesheets on this site are served from our own domain, with three exceptions. First: the Contact page embeds a form hosted by monday.com so you can reach us without us running a server of our own. Loading that page causes your browser to contact monday.com; submitting the form sends your information to them as well as to us.
Second: this site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts rather than self-hosted. Loading any page on this site causes your browser to request those font files from Google. We chose fonts and a delivery method that don't require a licence to self-host, and we picked this over self-hosting because Google's font delivery is faster and more reliably cached than we could match on our own. That request goes to Google on every page, not just Contact.
Third: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, runs the Web Analytics measurement described above on every page. That request goes to Cloudflare, the same company already serving every page of this site to you — it is not a new company gaining access to your visit, just an additional thing our existing host does with the connection you already have to them.
Nothing else on this site contacts an advertising network, a separate analytics service, or anyone but monday.com, Google Fonts, and Cloudflare — no other page makes a request to anyone but us. If that ever changes again, this notice changes first.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that changes what we collect, or what we do with it, gets written here before it takes effect on the site.
